Features of NK metal rubber sheet
NK Metal Rubber Sheet can be used as a replacement in places where rubber sheets are used in food production lines.
It is used for preventing spills and splashes in hoppers, cushioning to prevent product damage, and conveyor guides.
In particular, rubber sheets are used as cushions in the manufacturing process for products such as instant noodles and snack foods, which are hard and would lose value or cannot be shipped if they were broken.
If a hard object contacts with rubber, the rubber will wear down, so highly wear-resistant urethane rubber sheets are used.
However, even if wear-resistant rubber is used, repeatedly contacting with products will wear out the rubber, resulting broken pieces cause a risk of foreign matter contamination.
To avoid such risk, NK Metal Rubber Sheet, which reacts to metal detectors, is available.

NK rubber sheet can be easily cut, glued, or otherwise processed to suit the application due to its sheet-style shape.
It can be used for the same purposes as Bando Chemical's Bancollan Sheet, which is widely used in food factories, and the rubber material and hardness can be selected according to use conditions.
Can be switched from conventional products
It can be used in place of rubber that was traditionally been used in food manufacturing equipment.

Excellent wear resistance and mechanical strength.
Weak against water (risk of accelerated deterioration due to hydrolysis) -
Silicon rubber
Excellent heat and cold resistance.
Highly water resistant.
②Reaction material

SUS powder
Good reaction to X-rays. (Can also react to metal detectors)
No rust will occur on the cross section even when in contact with moisture. -
Iron powder
Good reaction to X-rays. (Can also react to metal detectors)
Rust can occur on the cross section when in contact with moisture.
※Depending on the response setting of the device, the device may not respond easily.
③Rubber hardness & size
※Silicone rubber, thickness 1mm: Maximum width 300mm, maximum length 300mm

Urethane rubber sheet can be extended by gluing, but we cannot guarantee the strength of silicon rubber due to its high specific gravity.
④Color lineup
You can use different color to easily determine production line and area where the sheet is used.

※Because the material contains metal, the coloring agent may not blend well with the product, resulting in a dark color.
※The color samples may look slightly different from actual colors.
※If you strongly rub the urethane sheet with a cloth containing alcohol, the pigment may transfer to the cloth.
If you are concerned about color transfer, choose a pigment-free gray.
